Hi, i just registered, and I want to set up an index page without having to use FTP. My question being, how do I upload a page without using FTP?  

Any help would be appreciated  "[dance]"

just log into your control panel, by going to http://lunarpages.com/login.html.  Then, just click on file manager.  Go under your public_html directory, and just select the upload link on the right, and you're all set.
