I have setup a link to the Webmail system from my homepage.  It works fine except for one thing.
When somebody logs into it from a different computer the one I set it up on, they can't view their messages.  It will let you login and get to the inbox so you can see what mail is there but if you try to read a message it displays an error that a required cookie is missing.  How can I get that cookie on other computers or is there a way around this.  My link to the mail site is
http://mydomain.com:####/
my regular address followed by a four digit number.
Any help is appreciated,

I would suggest using a different link.

For example, this is a link from my favourites in internet explorer, I never have any problems.

That works for me!

Stephan,
Do you use that link from other computers?  Probably not if it is in your favorites.  That is when the error says there is a missing cookie.

Yeah, I use it from university computers and my computer at home with no problems.

Try clearing your cookies, temporary internet files and starting again. It's worth a try.

Are you using Neomail?

I have been using Neomail. My account works fine from anywhere.  The problem is with the other email accounts I have setup for other employees. When they log into Neomail it won't let them read their messages or send mail. Does the type of browser affect Neomail? Uebimiau allows you to view old messages but you can't recieve new ones.  This is only for several accounts. Deleting all cookies would probably work but I thought webmail was so you could access it from anywhere?

Yes, you can use it anywhere!

I think the problem might be with the way your browser is set up.

In Internet Explorer 6 (maybe 5, I can't remember), you can set up permissions that cookies have. I would recommend setting them to the default settings and trying again.

Clearing the cookies on ALL the computers involved is definately the best option. Write back if you have tried that and it didn't work.
