Hi all,

I've run into a real dilemma here. My website was working wonderful for a few weeks, when one day it just stopped working. The homepage says it can't connect to vtonight.com and none of my other stuff will connect to the website either, including my FTP accounts. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks,

whois says that it's a valid domain name, registered to Kurt Reitzel, and it points to nameservers NS1.lunariffic.com and NS2.lunariffic.com. The registrar is G-o-D-a-d-d-y (can you believe that LP censored that?). There is no server associated with the site... double check the two nameserver names you used, although if you didn't change anything... what happened? lunariffic.com seems to be up.

I guess you will have to first talk to G-o-D-a-d-d-y and see if they're having any problems. At the same time, you might open a support ticket at LP to have them look at it from their end. both "tracert" and "ping" are failing to resolve "vtonight.com". Either something's wrong at the registrar, or something is wrong with LP's nameservers.

Ya I can't seem to figure what the problem is. I opened a support ticket with LP, hopefully they can sort it out soon.

I would look at your account information via the CAP to verify that NS1.lunariffic.com and NS2.lunariffic.com are the proper name servers to be using.

Hi VTonight,

I am seeing the page resolving at http://vtonight.com/ but its blank (the file on the account is blank as well). If you are referring to the wordpress install you have set up in the wordpress subfolder, I have replied to your other ticket with more information. Ticket #1672096 I believe.
