Wordpress Help

Hello friends

I've just installed Wordpress with Fantastico to my subdomain - blog.keremgogus.com - but when I logged in with FTP to upload theme I couldn't found related wordpress directory in the server.

Did anyone experienced that issue before ? There wasn't something like that before. I was able to install wordpress to a subdomain and access to it's folders with FTP easily. Help
