Hey everybody, is that time I get REALLY excited  Happy Happy Joy Joy again... you know why?  The Lunarpages newsletter is out again for all of the wonderful Lunarpages clients and fans to enjoy.  For me, this is like Christmas 12 times a year, because I always look forward to reading your comments and hearing your thoughts on each month's release.

Although I don't care about it either way[I have no use]. Isn't $34.95/month a bit high? especially for current customers? Maybe I could see that, if it included SSL, dedicated IP, domain name, etc. to look professional for businesses.

Well current hosting customers of a certain plan might be getting a benefit in the near future.   Very Happy  That is all I can officially say right now...  However, with a TremenDesk account, you are not only getting the script - you are getting an all in one package.  You get access to the online application, you get hosting for it, and a lot more.  It is simple enough for anybody to use, and professional enough it is perfect for any small to large business out there on the Web today.

Well I also have quick question about Tremendesk, other news are not so excited  Soooo Cool
Can I ask question about Tremendesk here in this forum or only by e mail/support ticket?
Have some few question about tremendesk (choose one month free trial period) and there is few issue I still dont get it  Surprised
If is posiblle to ask for asistance here please tell me which board I can use  Confused

First my new tremendesk domain support.mydomain.com are not propagated jet, I sign 3 days ago so it should be propagated? When I click on my new tremendesk I get blankpage? Did I do something wrong or is there some problem with this issue?

After signing to 1 months free trial I receive mail with acount information, in those e mail are link to my new support domain, I waited 72 hours as is wroted in acount information mail but still nothing.

Hi Arba, could be there is more edits to be done to make your domain work with the TremenDesk account, if you are using a sub-domain.  Could you please put in a ticket on the help desk about this (or contact support@tremendesk.com), then you can PM me the ticket number, and I'll be sure we get this fixed up for you as quickly as possible.
