You should get the e-mail with the download link for the free version within 24-48 hours.  Might watch your spam filters and trash to make sure it does not get sent to the wrong spot.

The eMail is sent out every 24 hours (I had to set the system up to handle the volume that LunarPages is throwing at me!). The auto-response eMail will go out every day at 3pm Pacific Standard time (U.S.).

If you haven't received the eMail by now, your spam filter ate it.
You can request another eMail be sent out by asking support (who will then eMail me).

Hello - I'm having the same problem.  Only email I received was welcome from Laughingbird software and describing products to buy.  May I also get the download link for the promised software?  Thanks.
