A really nice prize that would set the internet hosting world on its ear?
How about a combination of things above plus
1. Web hosting for life
2. A new snazzy computer - maybe with replacement possibilities at least once ever four or five years.
3. Software for life - CoffeCup would be an obvious one, but perhaps a choice of Dreamweaver or Front Page also
4. A vacation trip to the California data center to be presented with all the goodies - This would also be an opportunity to take lots of pictures and send out a ton of press releases.
5. A choice of books that would allow the winner to learn all kinds of snazzy things they can do with their web site - whether it be php, mysql, html, css, or whatever - put a dollar value on this part (like a gift card) and allow it be used whenever the recipient wants to use it
6. A site design done by the LP team to get things started out right
