Ricardo - I would stick to what would be needed on a default theme - that way when loaded up on the WordPress previewer you wouldn't have anything broken. 

Daniel - Not able to confirm, but if you uploaded them there I am sure they'll get included.

It is a tab system and other things that can be turned on/off on theme configuration... Smile

As long as anything you need can be fit into the theme folder for that specific theme (such as you don't need any special plugins or edit anything outside of the theme folder).  You should be ok.
