Our Helpdesk does not use the same login info as your Cpanel. The helpdesk system requires its own unique username and password.  In order to reset your password for the helpdesk, please follow these steps:

1. Click on reset password at support.lunarpages.com

2. Put in helpdesk username (or your email address)

3. This will change to a page with an input box, do NOT navigate away from this page.  You will then be emailed a security code

4. Check the email address you entered for the confirmation code.  Type that code into the input box you see on step 3

5. Now your password is reset, and you will be sent your new password.

6. Close browser, reopen browser and go to support.lunarpages.com

7. Use new password emailed to you to login
