Yesterday I changed my password and also created a new sub-domain and pointed it to my InvisionFree forums. Today I can log into the main panel but if I try to access the Control Panel it says login attempt failed. Even when I re-enter my details it won't let me log in.
I tried to go to the Helpdesk to create a new support ticket but a login box pops up, and when I enter my details nothing happens, it just reloads the same login box. What can I do?

E-mail support@lunarpages.com directly, that will create a ticket for you where you can get your information reset and our support team will be more than happy to look into your other issues.

Would it be possible to post up the reasoning behind this error?  I have the same problem and despite support saying they have fixed things I still can't login to my cpanel.  My site has been moved to a stabilization server for almost a week now and in that time I've had no access to anything to go about rectifying any issues that may be present.  No email, no cpanel, no ftp.  Nothing at all.  The galling thing is having to regularly prove who I am because I can't use the domain email account to contact them about the domain being down  Confused

Perhaps if someone at LP could post the answer up here it would help those that search for solutions to similar issues rather than simply saying "contact support".
