Lunarpages support regards the cPanel Service Status Feature as "Essentially, this option is far from accurate in the best of times."  Why does Lunarpages display information that they know to be both inaccurate and a source of user confusion?

Just curious.

Since this is something provided by cPanel, we wouldn't have the option to "turn it off" or edit it out without possibly effecting other parts of cPanel even if we could.  Hope that helps.

The output of CPanel is html.  You find it too tricky to edit html on the fly, prior to displaying it?

Well then you get into rights and licensing issues with what you can and can't edit on the scripts.  Might contact feedback@lunarpages.com to get more information about the details on this - right now I do not think this would be possible due to technical reasons.  Thanks!
