LP is still using cPanel v10, when are you going to upgrade to v11?

It depends on what server you're on. They don't all get rolled out at once. My server has had v11 for several months now. If you really need some feature in v11, you could try dropping a note to support@lunarpages.com. No promises, but a polite request might get your server moved up in priority (all other things being equal). Note: when I log in to cPanel, the page title says "cPanel X". When I log off , it says "cPanel 11", so I'm assuming that at some point I'm on 11.

Going to confirm this with support, but all our shared hosting servers should have cPanel 11 installed. I think where there maybe some confusion is that with the custom theme that Lunarpages uses, it is based on the cPanel X theme.
Update - yep, just confirmed it with support.

Hi Mad_J, would you happen to recall who you spoke to yesterday that changed your default theme to x3?

Ok, well thanks anyway then. I'm afraid that I have good news and bad news for you. First the good news. Your account is currently using cPanel version 11.18.3-RELEASE 21703. This can be verified by logging into your cPanel and checking the version on the lower left hand side of the page. Now, the bad news. I had to change your cPanel theme back to the Default Lunarpages Theme, as this is the theme that is used on all shared hosting accounts. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Hiya Mad_J,
We simply do not offer that option. Not sure why. It's been that way for as long as I can remember.
Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

about support its still very slow, i havent asked for much, i need apache v2 and restore a full backup. I worked 3 years for a webhosting company and i know it shouldnt take more than 15 minutes. copy the backup on an apache v2 server. rename it to account_username.tar.gz (which i already did) and restore it via whm. why am i waiting since yesterday!
