The reason we are not using the x3 theme is it has not been fully approved by our server admins to be fully compatible with our web hosting setups and server organization.  Also we have lots of help articles, documentation and more that is based around the Lunarpages cPanel theme so mixing the x3 theme in there would also leave those customers without the help and support they may need later on down the road.

If there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to let us know.  We would be more than happy to help you in any way that we can.  Thanks!

Also with your other tickets - it looks like they have been elevated to one of our other departments so that our support team and server admins can help you get that done just a short time ago.  Thank you for both your time and patience with these issue.

well, i just posted a message:
http://www.lunarforums.com/lunarpages_cpanel_help/cpanel_v11-t47130.0.html;msg326031#msg326031

regarding cPanel's x3 theme, what if a customer want it. I dont need documentations. you should give customers the choice to whether use it or not. or at least if he asks for it give it to him  Smiling

about support its still very slow, i havent asked for much, i need apache v2 and restore a full backup. I worked 3 years for a webhosting company and i know it shouldnt take more than 15 minutes.
copy the backup on an apache v2 server. rename it to account_username.tar.gz (which i already did) and restore it via whm.
why am i waiting since yesterday!

Hey Mad_J,

I've just checked on both of your tickets and I see that on the one ticket, you were told that it was forwarded to our technical staff for review.

It was also noted that our technical staff queue has a slightly longer turn around time for responses, as the tickets tend to require more in depth evaluation.

On your other ticket, you were asked to supply additional information, which was initially missing.

It's also important to note that we do not have a guaranteed response time on support tickets, as it all depends on the issue involved on a particular ticket as well as the amount of tickets in support at that time, vs the amount of staff on duty working the support desk.

We generally reply to tickets in 4 hours or less.

I see that you have not been waiting since yesterday for a reply to your tickets.  Both tickets have been replied to within the past couple of hours and you have been in back and forth communications with our techs.

As a rule, our support staff does not monitor the boards because we are too busy replying to customers via the Help Desk.  If you require further assistance on these two tickets or any others, please visit the Help Desk and we'd be happy to assist you further.  Smile

Have a great day!
