Hi,
My site has been very slow the past few days and when I checked the server status from CP I saw this. Please see the attached pic and tell me what it means. Thank you.

Hello


The Lunar servers are continuosly monitored by the server admins, the servers have a lot of space when it comes to harddrives, 89% full might mean that there is still 300 gig left on the harddrive which is plenty of space.

If you are experiencing slow connections speeds you may want to open a ticket with support and supply a tracert to your domain so that they may look into this matter further.

Yes, the cPanel server status feature is very misleading and confusing.  Check this previous post for more information:

Thanks. I have already opened a ticket and as usual they asked for a trace route which I'll do when I get the chance. I see it's ok for now but I'll do the trace just to make sure.
