for some reason although i have more than 400mb of stuff on my website the cpanel always displays this

Disk space available 800.00 Megabytes

not that i trully mind...Smile but it would be nice to know how much
i truly use..

has anyone had the same problem before ?
any solutions ?

I have the same problem and already told the support twice (within the last 10 days) . Nothing happend...

I posted this in another thread.  The cpanel on the NAS does not auto update.  We have a script that will fix this and it is being implemented on all our servers.  This will be corrected shortly.  

So support is not ignoring you, it just takes time to do.  Everyone's will be fixed shortly, just be patient.
