I could use some help about my e-mail account.

I have just set the account, and I tried to send an e-mail from my outlook so to test it, but I see to always get the same error message saying:
Task 'domain-sending' reported error(0x800CCC35): "The server cannot process the request. You may not have cookies enabled for your e-mail server's domain. To enable cookies , check your browser's privacy settings. The server responded "Method not Allowed'

I do not understand what I need to do,...can someone guide me???

Might try searching for that error code (0x800CCC35) in Google, here is one solution I found:

This can be caused if the domain is set to be a restricted site in the
registry even though it is not listed in Internet Explorer options.
-- Check the following key.
-- HKCU\software\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\int ernet
sttings\zonemap\domains
-- If a domain has been added to the trusted or restricted site it will
appear under Domains as a subkey, for example "hotmail.com"
-- If the domain is a trusted site it will have a value of 0x00000002 (2)
-- If it is a restricted site it will have a value of 0x00000004 (4)
