Everything begun 3 days ago, when I change password account in https://account.lunarpages.com/ . So now :
I can login account in web : https://account.lunarpages.com/ .I can login host by FTP software and upload but can not login cpanel  Crying or Very sad . I try login account, in here I login cpanel but can not ( reported failed) before normal. I try login https://login.morta.lunarservers.com:2083/ again but can not. Not only cannot login cpanel but also everything I share cannot download, this is reported : http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o36/victory_spy/fix9.jpg . I see in my host directory " public_ftp " set CHMOD 000 and cannot set back (I thing this is source). So now many data in here not use  Grr..!! . I had ticket helpdesk and they agree to help but 2 days I wait reply then nothing happen

Very odd, I am afraid you will need to talk directly with support@lunarpages to get this issue resolved - but please feel free to send me your ticket number here and I'll see where or why you haven't seen a reply in so long.  Thanks!

I have this problem at the moment too.  Support said yesterday something about the password not propogating (why on earth that should happen on the same site I have no idea) and that the problem is now fixed.  Still no access to cpanel.  My site has been moved to a reserve server for some unspecified memory dump (why they can't be more specific about the cause of the problem  Confused ) but now I can't access cpanel or FTP to do anything about the bloody thing.  I despair I really do.
