Hello,

I need to find out what prefix (eg:  phpbb_  )  I have for entries in mySQL database.

Is there a way I can do this?

I need this because I'm setting up a new Forum Software on my website, and I need to link it to the old database that I had. It asks me for Database name, User name, Password and Prefix.  It's the last one that I don't remember what I used when I created the database.

   Thanks in advance.

Regards,
RD

Hi rajnesh,

The database prefix should be your account username. You should be able to find out your table prefix but accessing the database in phpmyadmin and opening that database in question.
