I designed a little site for a company owned by some people I've known for a long time. They're in Pennsylvania and I'm in Florida. I gave them login info for cPanel so they could make changes to the News section themselves in HTML Editor. Everything works fine for me, but when my client tries to make changes, they won't save.  She hits "save", the status bar shows "editing", and then she gets "cannot display this web page", and her changes have not been saved. This has happened to her several times, and I have not been logged in when she's been working on it. Any ideas?

Are they using the File Manger from within cPanel to do the page editing?  You might make sure that they are reloading the page and not getting cached content.  In Firefox you can hold the Shift key and then hit the refresh button to get this done.  I hope that helps and if there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to let us know.  We are here to help with anything else you might need.  Thank you for your time.

Thanks, Mitch. Yes, she's using the File Manager within cPanel. I don't think it's a caching problem because when I look at their site after she's tried to make changes, I don't see any changes, either. When I do the editing, though, the changes do show up. Also, it's while she's still in File Manager that she gets the "editing" status and then "cannot display this web page" -- it's not when she tries to look at the actual web page.

Hmm, is your domain name fully propagated?  That could also cause some issues too.  Best advice I could give you right now would be to contact support@lunarpages.com so that we can test things out on our end to see if we can find the issue.  Thanks!

The domain name propagated a couple of months ago. Thanks -- I'll contact Support.
