i'm a very basic user and so don't really know what i'm doing...

but i used to use cpanel to go into mail, then go to ad/remove/manage accounts where i would select read mail for each account - i used squirrelmail to clean out each of the emails accounts (each email account is forwarded to an appropriate email).

but today, i am unable to use squirrelmail for anything other than the admin account. when i try to access the mail for any other account, i'm directed to the notoriously user-hostile  @main - which i hate to begin with but it won't even recognize my email username or password. ARRGGGHH!

am i missing something?
