Just recently I have had a problem logging into my control panel with Internet Explorer.  I go to www.lunarpages.com/login.php, enter the user name and password, and up comes a blank white page.

Trying the same thing with Netscape logs me in correctly.

I've cleared cookies, made sure cookies are enabled, reset security settings, etc., in IE, but still no luck.

Have you tried logging in via yourdomain.com/cpanel?

Sorry, I meant to mention that in my post.  Yes, I can log in using that method, both with IE and Netscape, so I guess I'll use that now.  It's just odd that it used to work with IE going thru the Lunarpages login page and now it doesn't.

I would like to know the answer to this one as well.

It seems like lately LP has some kind of daily problem.

One day my email doesn't work for 3 hours. Another day I can't log into CPanel. Another day I can finally log into CPanel but, as made clear in other posts, some of the information in CPanel is not accurate.

What is going on?

If I can't log into CPanel then I can't administer my site as needed, and when I finally can actually log into CPanel and all the information is just going to be incorrect then what's the point anyway?

I've also been reading alot of posts in the forums from users stating they can't do various things and the reason time after time is because LP has determined they don't have the resources to support those processes.

"Don't send too much email" ... "Don't have too many features on your site" ... "Don't have too many visitors at once" .. "Keep your databases and files small"

Would someone at LP care to attempt to convince me why I should not move my site to another host when it is obvious LP does not have the resources to handle today's internet?

I'll tell ya, I've not been very impressed the last few weeks.
