Does anyone know how long it takes before a new hosting package starts showing stats in webalizer? I got a chum to sign up a couple days ago, and she was hoping to see the action.

Hey there,

I'm the chum in question and although many people have looked at the site, I'm getting no stats. When I choose the 'Webalizer link, I get a blank page that says "Webalizer stats have not yet been generated!" towards the top left. That's all.

When I choose 'Analog' I have the option of choosing "Jul 2008" but when I do, all I get is:



And when I look at the most 'Latest Visitors,' all I get is this:



even though I know I've had several visitors. Should I log a support ticket or is there something I'm supposed to be doing that I'm not? Thanks for your help.

The site has only been up for a few days, however, the dialogue at the top of the web stats page states that the statistical reports are updated every 24 hours and all of the bandwidth information is updated every 6 hours.

I'm getting basic bandwidth information, but nothing from any of the statisticalr reports. Do they mean that the reports are updated every 24 hours AFTER one month has passed?
