After noticing that my web stats on one of my accounts (hosted on Laffan) had not been updated since Monday and my logs weren't being retained, I contacted support. I received a response that they know about this issue and are working with the cpanel developers to fix it.

My other account, hosted on valina, is not having this problem at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Can anyone offer more of an explanation?

The logs only update when the server traffic is low, usually at night.  That is why your one server will update and the other not.  As for them been retained, that has been a bit goofy lately, but they are being worked on.   Many of us just download the stats and run them through our own packages.  They provide better results and you don't have to worry about the logs disappearing.
