Hi,why I can't login Cpanel and can't open my website, my domain name is www.trans-chinese.com,there is no something wrong with my internet conection,I can open any other website.This problem have been for more than two weeks, I have tried to contact you by email,till now I have sent out 3-4emails to you to support@lunarpages.com,but I haven't got any reply,I hope your earlier reply and tell me what hapened to my website or maybe what hapened to your service?

In any of the e-mails you have put in, have you gotten any automated responses that give you help desk ticket numbers?  You may check your spam and deleted e-mails to make sure you did not accidentally filter them to the wrong spot.  You can also submit a ticket here too:

I am afraid this is an issue we can't handle here on the forums for you, but give those a shot and if you do get a ticket number give it to me and I'll see that you get your issue taken care of ASAP.

I checked my email, I have sent you four emails including one sent in the morning, but I only receive an reply of the first email,and you need I to provide some information,I replied two emails about your questions in the last two weeks, but I didn't get auto reply of them,why?my inbox can receive emails regularly,so I think the problem is not here. and the ticket ID for the first email is 838087,but I don't know how to do with it.please contact me ASAP,thank you.

I have reply the email twice, have you received it?I didn't get any auto reply,why?Some friends told me that because in China will block some web hosting,so other websites on the same web hosting will be blocked together, Because I asked my friends abroad to open my website, and they can open it, this maybe like what some friends said that my website was blocked only in China,could you please tell me if it is true,what shall I do?How to solve this problem,because i have to use the email inbox in my website.

Hi Trans101,

What China blocks it's not the web hosting but the IP Address Server where your domain is and all the domains in it. Unfortunatelly the one you are is 67.210.98.180 which it's blocked by China Crying or Very sad, you can check it by yourself at:

http://www.websitepulse.com/help/testtools.china-test.html

So what you should ask to LP is to move your domain into an IP Address server that it's not blocked by China.

BTW IP address server of LP it's 209.200.229.4 and that one it's not blocked by China.

You can access and reply to your tickets at http://support.lunarpages.com The helpdesk system requires its own unique username and password.  In order to reset your password for the helpdesk, please follow these steps:

1. Click on reset password at support.lunarpages.com

2. Put in helpdesk username (or your email address)

3. This will change to a page with an input box, do NOT navigate away from this page.  You will then be emailed a security code

4. Check the email address you entered for the confirmation code.  Type that code into the input box you see on step 3

5. Now your password is reset, and you will be sent your new password.

6. Close browser, reopen browser and go to support.lunarpages.com

7. Use new password emailed to you to login
