Hello,

I have LunarPanel installed on a dedicated server and when I create a new email address through it, it sets up a maildir system under /var/www/hosting/[MainUser]/mail/[HostedDomainName]/NewEmailAccount. Does anyone know how to configure Postfix to deliver local emails there as an SMTP server? I have Postfix delivering emails locally already, but only to Unix user accounts. I wasn't able to find how to set it to deliver local emails to 'virtual domains' hosted on my machine.

If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks much,
Mark

Hi,

Unfortunately, Lunarpages control panel currently supports only exim as the mail server. I am afraid it will be hard to integrate postifx into the panel and this will require non-trivial hacks.

I hope this helps.

Ok, thanks for that. It saves me from wasting anymore time trying to figure out how. ;-) I'll have to find another way around this. Maybe it's time to look into using MySQL and Postfix...

Thanks again,
Mark
