Is there any staff viewing the forum? My new server was setup without zend installed so the site is now as bad as being shut down.
Please see the last 2 posts of Ticketref= 8546-UXVB-0530 , I sent them around 8 hours before but no action was taken yet, I guess probally it has not being seen yet?

Yes there is staff around, but things seem busy at the moment, I just notified staff to bring your situation to the attention of the dedicated server techs and I am sure they will get to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in this matter !
