Hi, I just started with your company yesterday, and unfortunatly it hasn't been smooth sailing    

I'm not posting this thread to complain, only to see if we can hpefully get these things settled. Please note I already have support tickets opened, and they have not been dealt with yet. So here I go.

The first problem I'm having is with my server order. I order 3 aditional gigs of menory (4 total) however only one was installed. A tech said the other 3 would be instaled later in the day, so I called you guys, and they said it will be installed a little after 5. It is now 8:30. Still no memory.

Next, I requested 14 new IP's, and also....nothing.

And now my latest problem, all my clients were complaining, saying they are getting huge lag spikes, so I pinged my server ip, and ran a tracert:

As you can see 578ms when it hits your data center, please help me get these problems sorted out as sson as possible, preferably with no more trouble tickets.
