Hello, sorry to hear that you are having trouble - have you tried to explain your situation to support?  I could not find your specific last ticket you had in on and about this issue - but I would suggest talking through this with them. 

The dedicated chat option has been taken down so that our dedicated server admins can focus more on other forms of support that we offer.  It will be coming back - but there has not been a date and time set for that just yet.

Hello, it looks like there may be some confusion on the "4 free domains" for the dedicated plans.  It is my understanding that this was offered as a special deal with the dedicated plans a few months back, but is no longer valid.  At this time we only do 1 free domain registration for these account types.

I was given 4 domain names for life a year ago - and I modified this post to thank Lunar Pages for honoring that agreement.

Hello Fed-up, could you tell me if you were using all 4 free domain name registrations?  If so - you shouldn't start being billed for them now as you got them when the special offer was being offered.
