Hi wenzlerpaul,

I apologize I was too busy to visit these forums earlier. Are you still experiencing any problems with your server? If so, please provide me with the ticket numbers and we will try to resolve them as soon as possible.

For Mca:

so I have had other issues, but have not complained. So I am not sure how you can say it
was an isolated incident because I have seen a number of complaints within this forum.

Talking about the isolated incident, I mean an issue that was not solved even after a significant amount of time. As for the long delays in the reply that happen from time to time, they were explained earlier in this thread.

I have to chime in here and second whoever thanked Kyle Hammond.

After three months of LP Dedicated we moved on to another provider.  But Kyle was so great that I looked up that ticket and mentioned it in my cancellation feedback.

Kyle must get tickets that other techs have messed up beyond repair. His reponse showed that:
1. He had READ my original ticket, and all of the responses
2. He understood both what I was asking and why I was frustrated, and
3. He answered ALL of my questions with a very considerate, timely, and well-thought-out answer.

If only the first response had come from someone like Kyle (or even one of the first five)...LP might still have our hundreds of dollars every month.  My last straw came just a week before our renewal, when I started a support ticket and the whole atrociousness started over again...I realized that every ticket I ever put in was going to be equally painful - and there was no way to request Kyle.  Here's hoping LP gets about 100 Kyles and puts them on dedicated chat, so their customers are no longer helpless and bleeding money.

Thank you rws446 for your feedback, it is always appreciated.  You might also drop a line about it over to feedback@lunarpages.com if it is something that you really feel strongly about and those e-mail get straight to Lunarpages management for review.
