Server for vicdir.com is down. Unfortunately LP live chat is unavailable neither, could anyone kind enough to tell an admin that the server needs being reboot?

The server has been away for over 10 hrs, apparently it does not look good.

I am wandering how long it would take to get a server reboot when it is down?

Hello, I am sorry this was not addressed earlier than this - but I would highly suggest to drop an e-mail to dedicated@lunarpages.com to get this taken care of.  I think this sort of issue would be best dealt with one on one with our dedicated support team there.  Thanks!

Hi,

If there is an emergency situation like this, you need to contact the official support by the email address mentioned in the Mitch's reply. This forums are not the official support.

Please also note that there is a 24/7 phone line open to speak directly to one of Lunarpages system admins in the datacenter. You would reach this option by calling 1-714-521-8150 and then pressing 2 for the dedicated and VPS area.
