I've been trying to get a problem with lunarpanel and email resolved for a few days now because I cant switch over from my vps to my dedicated server until the mail server works properly.

1. I described the issue and the first thing they did was ask me to create some test email accounts even though I gave them my root login info for lunarpanel.  They needed to log in anyway to check the web mail interface.  I mean, I dont mind creating some test email accounts, but it's the time that it takes to get a response that bothers me.  It would have taken them a whole 2 minutes to create those accounts, instead they asked me to create them and the whole thing took hours because i had to respond and wait for their responses.....  And then they ended up creating their own test accounts anyway.

2. They said they contacted the lunarpanel dev team and the problem was resolved.  At this point i could not log into my server because for some reason a slash admin changed my root password without notifying me, so i couldnt test it until going back and forth with lunar support to find out why I couldnt log in.  When i finally did, the problem was still not resolved.

3. I emailed back and the response I got back was a possibility that had already been ruled out earlier in the ticket.  The technician DID NOT even read the previous responses.  I waited 5 hours for that response just to have to explain myself again because the tech didnt READ.  Who knows how long it'll take this time.

I've noticed that the admins responding in the forum seem much more knowledgeable than what we get going through email (or phone.. pointless because they just create an email ticket and hang up on you).  Can you please take a look at my ticket and help me out.  The ticket number is VRHV2066XFO1

Hi Fuuup,

I am deeply sorry for all the confusion you had with this issue and the inconvenience all it is causing. I found your ticket under review of developers. Please note due to the nature of this issue it may require some more time to get fixed. We will keep you updated.
