I have to agree with those complaining here.
The support has turned into an absolute joke.
I havent opened a ticket in over a year and my God has it changed.
On the graveyard shift, average response time: 2 hours
On normal shift, average response time: 4 hours
Longest I have waited: 23 hours
One guy in particular Sarwan, continually chucks tickets back at you with one sentence lines asking for trivial information.
Thain was and still is the only guy you can trust and even then he is going from ticket to ticket... why can't these analysts stay on the same ticket?

I called support today, was told to open a ticket, that was 7 hours ago. I called them and was told it was being worked on as I speak. I checked who was logged on to my server..... only me.
I opened another ticket two days ago and was told my ticket was too complicated and it had been escalated to server admin group. I called them. The guy told me I just had to add an A record in WHM and was fixed in minutes..... what a JOKE the original analyst was!!!!
dedicatedchat used to be excellent, straight in, straight out, learn some stuff on the way. Even putting that aside,
dedicated@lunarpages.com brought back fast replies.
Now tickets are passed from "support analyst" to "support analyst" with half of them absolutely clueless.
I am in the middle of a massive move and reorg within my network and so I can not afford to move hosts, but when things calm down I will DEFINATELY be finding another host.
Anyone reading this wondering about going for a dedicated MANAGED host - DO NOT sign up with lunarpages.... to think I even affiliated a couple of customers their way...
What has happened here is management has not been able to cope with the huge amount of extra custom.
I am going elsewhere and as soon as damn possible.
A VERY unhappy customer.
