I have a high performance server and paying over $1000 a month for it all totalled.  I also pay for Managed Hosting Intense which appears to be absolutely worthless.  My server has now been down for 1.5 hours, support calls go to voicemail, emails aren't answered, tickets ignored.....just terrible.  The managed hosting plan states that "Monitoring of your server through Lunarpages' internal monitoring tools" - but I don't think so cause after 90 minutes they still haven't spotted that the server is down.

Lunarpages are fine for their cheap dedicated servers when you don't expect anything, but when you pay $1000 a month you expect a higher level of reliability and service.

I guess I'll take my $12,000 a year elsewhere and see if I can find a host that cares.

Stay away from the high performance servers....really not worth the money.

I attempted to contact you today via phone; however, I was unable to and left a voicemail. In any event, I was attempting to locate a dedicated account for you (using your forum information) but I was unable to. Can you reply back with your primary domain name or your server's IP address? I am also going to have someone try to call you throughtout the day to make sure this issue gets resolved.
