Helpdesk tickets are answered in the order they are received. Remember that once you submit a ticket, do not add anything to it until you hear from support. Adding to you ticket will put it at the end of the list again since it will be marked as being recently received and have to work its way back through the system...

Additionally, when staff members are working, they're working on tickets, and not necessarily checking out the forums. So the audience you seek are not necessarily going to see the thread.

The tickect was started by staff, it said(at Friday, January 13, 2006 12:01 PM):
