asp vbscript done with dreamweaver doesn't work

Hi all.

I have been working in an asp site. In local it works perfectly but when i upload to the server doesn't. I have a check page to test the code and doesn't work, code is:

I don't know if there are an issue with chili or something but i am very frustrated, i hope someone can give some light with this issue.
