I have a video uploaded to photobucket.  I select "html tag"  and I get this code

To try this out I used a new page in Dreamweaver.  Using the "Code and Design View" I pasted that code. Now looking at the design view I have a gray space with the width and height 448x361 with a little icon in the center which seems to be an icon for "plugin" because down below in the properties there's that same icon next to the word Plugin and a window for me to type something.  And there's another window below the window with the photobucket source which says Plg url

I have no idea what to put in either of those windows.  Then to the right there's a nice green arrow that says Play, which i hope will work once I find out what I'm supposed to type into those two windows.

What should I do?
