I need a testing server, But i'm not sure how to set one up and i believe its Dreamweaver i should be using because it has that right? Any help would be greatly apreciated...

So, what you want is to have a local server, do you? If that the case go to:

http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php


Then you can test it in DW. Though you have to do some extra changes in your windows or mac config. and your httpd.conf file.
