How the heck do I create and connect to a database (DB) in Dreamweaver??

I tried following the steps on connecting to a DB that I created through MySQL in Cpanel, but I get the following error everytime I try to test the settings:

1) There is no testing server runnig on the server machine.
2)The testing server specified for this sites does not map to http://ganymede.lunarpages.com/public_html/_mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php URL.  Verify that the URL Prefix  mpas to the root of the site.



I looked all over this forum for help, but nothing helped. I found numerous references to this site, http://twebman.lunarpages.com/mm/dw/remotemysql/Image1.html, but this site has been suspended! So I'm stuck. Please help.
