Not necessarily. I've had instances where I would start filling out a form and it was incompatible in FF. So I had to start over in IE. Good thing for that extension that makes it easy to switch to IE.

yeah i have a work website that doesnt let me use FF, so i have to use IE, but at work i actually have IE installed, at home it's banished Grr..!!

You could probably use the work website with the FF extension that changes the user agent string that is sent when you request a webpage. You could set FF up to identify itself as Internet Explorer (poor FF ). I don't remember what the extension is called, though.
