Someone told me that there is a contribution on oscommerce site that has a module for doing that. You may want to look here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions probly under Templates/Themes. This would be the easiest route since there is a lot of coding involved with that, and people contribute templates that already have the work done.

The only other way I know of would be to find the background image (i am guessing the creme color background around your store ? ) and edit it in a photo/image editor to the way you want it and replace it ?
