I have purchased a SSL from the other hosting company.com.  I'm trying to set it up on my site and can't figure it out.  It says I need to generate a CSR.

Can someone please tell me how to do this?  I have no idea how or where to start.  Is there a plance in the CPanel I can do this?

Thanks in advance!

I believe that you have to have support do that, and install the cert. There is a fee for this, I believe. You also muct pusrchase a dedicated IP address.
(assuming you are on standard shared hosting).

CSR probably means "Customer Service Request" in this context. It's a support ticket. Email to support@lunarpages.com, or set yourself up a customer service account from lunarpages.com. As bryantrv said, they'll charge a fee to install it for you (I don't think it can be installed by end users on a shared server). At the same time, you'll have to order a dedicated IP address (small monthly charge).
