Hi, could anyone kindly tell me how to password my Admin site? I just installed OS-commerce, and when I log onto the administration page, everything just showed up with any password protection. Thanks a lot for helping me!

You can set up a password under your cpanel --> password protect directories.  Click on the folder for your site, then admin.  There is a place at the bottom to create a password.
