My website is setup and ready, but I have a problem with the shipping system. When they go to checkout and try to select a method, it doesnt show the shipping we setup. So far we setup the account information for FedEx, but in the checkout it shows only UPS, but UPS wasnt setup.
Overall the customer cant access neither one of them.
We would like to get anyone's help to set this up for shipping.

As you seem to be using a commercially supplied shopping cart XCart, you might get better answers in the forum dedicated to xcart http://forum.x-cart.com/

i had the same problem. it turned out that it was how my webmaster hard coded the shipping info. you should be able to go into your admin and go to modules and go to the shipping section. there you can enable those options.
