Hi there,
I have used the server setup to installed the oscommerce into my root folder {public_html}
the store opens fine but when I go into the admin directory the passwords asked work untill the login for admin....the pw won't work and says,,, Error: Invalid administrator login attempt.
Please tell me why this is different when I install it to a different directory and how I can fix this problem...
Thanx

Hi tripper,

Did you set the admin password to the same one you are using as you cPanel/account password and then recently change it? If you haven't already, I would send an email into support@lunarpages.com so someone can take a look at it.

I have contacted support and hopefully the issue can be solved
I just don't understand what changed from just a month ago ,,,,
I don't know how to reset the osc admin password as it is different
and it should have been the same when i was prompted during install...
it also asked about store name and basic config,,,,
If someone could explain how to reset the admin pw it would help here...
thanx
