We have a Lunarpages business hosting account and have set up a donations page using PHP. We are using the Paypal/Verisign gateway. We are using this same PHP script for Payflow on other webhosts, but on the Lunarpages server we're getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pfpro_init().

Is there some setting that we need to change to activate Payflow on our account?

Any and all help is very much appreciated.

That sounds like PayFlow Pro is failing to initialize because that routine can't be found. You're probably missing a library of their code or it's installed in the wrong place. It's not something that comes with an LP account. You also might be missing a statement to set the lookup path for include and require statements.

MrPhil --

Thanks for your advice. In the meantime, I found a script in the Paypal forum that uses cURL instead of the traditional pfpro functions. It's working great and I don't have to install any libraries or point to any certs.

I have to say, however, that Lunarpages wasn't any help on this issue, either on the phone or opening a support ticket. Your response is the only LP support I've received. I've used the pfpro functions on other webhosting companies' servers and didn't have to install any other files.
