Any time my secure pages are accessed, I get "This page contains both secure and nonsecure pages.." as a popup message..its a bit annoying.

I think the culprit is my trust logo (COMODO - purchased thru LP) since it has a link that is not https.

How do I fix this?   Confused

do you have any files, scripts, stylesheets or images on your page that are referenced by an absolute link with "http://www" instead of a "https://www"? that could be whats popping that message up - could you provide a link?

That would do it. A page accessed through https (SSL) which grabs something via http (non-SSL) will produce that message. If you can find the offending party, can you move it to somewhere in the SSL-protected directory structure (in other words, access it as https://...)?

You would just need to change the script link from http://www.trustlogo.com/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js to https://www.trustlogo.com/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js

I tried that once.  It creates another error - the somethings wrong with your certificate error.  It also keeps the secure/nonsecure message.

I've tried https without the www and that doesnt work either.  I dont think the address is secure so I cant make it so.

have you tried commenting the script out, just to make sure that definately is the only problem? (I'm pretty sure it is, but it's always better to be positive)

also, have you tried opening a ticket with their help desk? odds are they've seen it all before and can spot your problem in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail.

Hi thanks for your post.

Yes, when I commented out the script the message went away!

I opened a ticket and its been a nightmare.  I ve had 10 different answers but none answer my question.  It must mean that you cant make that html src secure.

The latest comment was that I cant use a box to show my secure logo..it needs to go in the corner.  However, I dont how to do this.

Has anyone had any luck with putting the comodo logo on the corner of their website??

Im open to any suggestions!
