Yes, I believe we can do this. Just drop in a ticket to support@lunarpages.com and we can walk you through the process. The SSL certificate would need to be re-tooled to work with our servers, but it can be done.

I have been trying to get this to happen for days, with no luck.
I am extremely unhappy right now with the service I am getting with this issue.
For reference, the ticket number is 894795.
After getting the certificate and private key from the old web hosting company, I was told that it could not be installed and would need to be "retooled" for apache_mod_ssl. Then you people sent me a new CSR (as if I would know what to do with it) and told me I had to contact the certificate issuing company (which is VeriSign).
OK, so I did that. They provided me with a certain code and info that *you guys* need to use to install the certificate. Not me, not on a shared server.
I provided that information in the ticket yesterday. No response.
I waited about 24 hours, and called in on the phone and talked to a service rep at around noon EDT. He assured me that this would be forwarded to a tech and be worked on "soon".
It is now after 7 pm. The ticket shows no updates, it's still waiting for a tech to look at it. Meanwhile, I cannot open my new web site and new e-commerce store without the SSL certificate in place, so my whole website transfer from the old host to the new host is waiting on this one thing to happen, and apparently no one is going to do anything about it with any urgency. Even though I'm paying $29.95 for it to happen.
The reason I posted this here is to a) vent, and b) if I post something in the ticket, it may delay it.
I guess I'll wait another 24 hours and call tomorrow and complain. I'm not very happy right now. My hands are tied, I cannot initiate the other steps of moving the website here (DNS name changes etc., email changes) until the SSL cert. is in place.
This is a VeriSign vertificate, probably the most well-known name in certificates ever, and I should think you would have experience with setting this up.

Hello karma, seems that there was some confusion between yourself, VeriSign and Lunarpages and what the next steps should be. I have asked one of our support crew to give this situation a second look so that we can double check things in there. Thank you for time, understanding and patience as we review the situation.

Thank you. After hours on the phone and web with VeriSign, I have managed to get the old certificate revoked, so that I can generate the new certificate based on your CSR.
Now there is another issue: Verisign's web site is telling me that "Certificates for countries outside of United States or Canada are subject to an additional charge. Based on the country identified in the CSR, USD 200.00 has been added to the price of this certificate."
What gives? Please don't tell me that because Lunar Pages is based in the UK, it's considered to be outside of the US even though the servers are in Los Angeles... I have put this info in the ticket, but I need fast action on this, like a new CSR for the USA.

Actually, I have just discovered from VeriSign that the CSR must be generated with the state spelled out as "New Jersey", not "NJ" (for some reason), and that is what is causing the problem. So I am hoping that this CSR can be regenerated soon, so that I can get this happening. Thanks.
