I'm using FrontPage 2002, and I have no idea how to get any dynamic effect choices other than Hover Button, Marquee, and Banner Add Manager to be available.  Why don't I have choices like Mouse Overs?  I know in an earlier version of FrontPage they were available as I still have some on my website that were created a long time ago.  I've tried every possible setting in browser compatability thinking that it might be the problem, but the only way I can add mouse over effects is to code each one individually on the HTML view.  Any ideas?  I've already tried reinstalling.

If you're talking about hyperlink rollover effects, right-click on the page and choose Page Options... Advanced... and place a check in the box to Enable Hyperlink Rollover Effects.

You may be able to find more dynamic effects by searching the Help for "dynamic". Sometimes they move the menu entries around in new versions.

There are some dynamic effects under the Format menu.  Look for "Dynamic HTML Effects".

Does that help?

When I click on "Dynamic HTML Effects" it doesn't offer any choices.  The bar with the drop down list is grayed out.  However, I discovered tonight that it is just the shared borders where it isn't available.  Since that is where my site navigation links are, that is where I want the mouseovers to work.  Is there any way one can load the borders by themselves in FrontPage?  It bugs me that there isn't any way to get at those borders to work directly on the html.  I know at some time I must have been able to add mouse-overs there, because I still have some of them active.
