I tryed to find on the tutorial how could I set an e-mail account for example name@domain.com, and how I can login to my account,

but I could not find under the tutorial of FrontPage, any information..
could somebody give me hint how to go forward?

Creating email accounts is done from the control panel not with FrontPage. In cpanel click mail icon and then add/remove/manage accounts.
