Hi,
I am creating a PowerPoint Presentation that I plan to save as a webpage and include in my website. I use Frontpage and do not know html though I can figure out a lot of stuff if I know the steps. It's the first time that I convert PowerPoint to webpage and I am following some instructions from an article, so there are a lot of details not mentioned. If any of you knows how to do this, I will appreciate your assistance. The way I understand it is this:
1. I save the PP presentation as a webpage (.htm). 2. I import it into my Frontpage files, making sure that the folder is included inside the web. 3. I upload it.
Now, I haven't tried this yet, but I've had problems uploading MP3 files to the server. It simply shocks. This are not particularly large files, as audio goes, and I have sometimes to fiddle for a long while to get them compressed. So I am a little hesitant to upload an entire PP, which includes audio, graphics, animations and transitions.
Since I don't know flash and don't have any other fancy alternatives yet, PP is the best I can do to create my virtual tour. Therefore if you have any recommendations about how to make sure that I upload this correctly, please let me know as soon as possible.
I am using Frontpage 2002.
Thank you,
MM
